Hypnotized and mesmerized.

Do you catch a breath when I look at you?
Are you holding back like the way I do?
The possibility that you would feel the same way about me is just too much.

Something's amiss.
Not relegating to this feeling.

The Anti-mainstream in Me.

This is the time of the year when I get bored of my blog header and decided it is time to change it.
& booyah, the vanity in me kicks in!
The one before was ONE picture of me and now we got a collection of pictures of ME!

Oh ya, when I reformat my computer a while ago, I actually uninstalled my Photoscape and now I got it back.
I can do this!

Amazing huh? :D

Okay, back to life.
It has been 9 days since I last touched my books a.k.a the last day of finals.
I do feel a little guilty and uneasy about it because I know and I realised how different the level of toughness will be for ACCA external papers compared to internal final exams but hmm, I want more break! :(
It has been so many many many months since I last just sat down on my computer chair and watch movie the whole day, or the whole month :D
Anyway, been watching movies, dramas and just do nothing on my computer chair for the past 9 days and okay, I think it is enough.
Time to get back to studying and burning the midnight oil and get back on track to prepare myself for ACCA external papers :(
I know it is gonna be super tiring and boring and oh-so-stressful (maybe) and I would probably be getting insomnia again when the date of the exams get nearer but well, that's life right?
It is exactly 3 weeks before the exams.
One subject per week perhaps?
Don't think it is even enough :\
Anyway, will try my best and hopefully I will pass :)
Not with flying colour also let me pass with no colour also can lah :D
Asalkan no red colour :D

It has also been days since I fell sick.
Like 4 days?
Fever, headache, flu and cough.
Fever and cough are gone but still having headaches now and then and the flu just doesn't wanna go away!
Oh ya, exam period means staying far away from home :(
Which at times it is good cause it is fun but at times I just get homesick and I can't do anything about it.
The dog gets very thin when I am away :(
And I get very sad (occasionally) when I am away.

Oh well, I can't wait for external papers to be done with and Christmas to be arriving!
I cannot wait for Christmas to come!
It has been so long since I last got a Christmas present? *hinthint
Get me something that I can use, or eat :D
I love FOOD!

Life's great with food around.
You basically don't need anything else when you have food!

Subang Jaya Property & Local Info!

21 and ready to buy a property!
Nahh, just kidding :D
In the current century, how can a 21 years old young adult afford to buy a house?
The price of a house is like super duper expensive nowadays.
Last time during our parents' century, their house would cost roughly 50k?
Now it's like at least RM100k.

Anyway, in order to buy a house, house buyers of course must need to do a survey around the area first.
Last time, my parents use to drive around housing areas if we were to want to buy a house.
We can use one day just to survey around ONE housing area and maybe take a look inside 2-3 houses around that area.
It was sooooo time consuming.
After looking around the housing area, we would need to drive around that area to check if there are convenient shop, restaurants, shopping centres or any other facilities nearby.
By the end of the day, we would be so exhausted!

Now that technology has finally catch up, we no longer need to physically drive all the way to any housing area to check if the area is surrounded by good food or shopping centres.
All we need to go is on the computer, go online and search for that area.

I came across this particular website that provides good and detailed information regarding places in Malaysia.
The website's name is called Propwall.
The one I looked at was Subang Jaya.
All this while I thought that Subang Jaya was the outskirt area where people would not want to live there because it would be very troublesome to travel to KL city.
Every time someone mention Subang Jaya, all I could think of was KTM.
But after looking at the information provided, I realised that there were sooooo many universities there!
SEGi, Monash, Taylor's, INTI!
All the famous universities are located there.
On top of that, they have soooooo many shopping malls!
Subang Parade, Empire and Sunway Pyramid!

All these information are actually extracted from the website I found.
There were also a chart/diagram about the analysis of prices of houses there and rental prices too!
The information regarding rental prices were really helpful especially for students.

Oh ya, now I noticed that not only KTM reaches Subang Jaya, the LRT is somewhere near too!

Okay, now I realise that Subang Jaya is actually a great place to live in.
Lets see what information they give for Cheras :D

There goes the semester.

Finally semester break arrives!
It has not been any break since Chinese New Year and that is the reason why AFA-ians are so damn excited about having one month break before the external papers!
This semester has been tough :\
But at the same time one of the most fun semester I have ever experienced.
Staying up late to study.
Like WHAT?
Since when do I start doing that right?
But yes, I really did put in more effort compared to the previous two semester.
Since I shifted there, I basically have a lot more time to study and concentrate on studies.
Before this, most of my time was spent on the road.
Waiting for the bus, then the train, and then the train again and then the very terrible not-on-time-at-all bus.
Dreadful days.
Everyday, by the time I reach home, I am exhausted like mad.
Most of the time I would just sleep in the bus despite the dangerous environment.
But now it's like, awesome! :)
I get to go back any time I want.
I can stay back in college till 7pm and there is still a bus that I can ride on and it would only take 15 minutes to reach back home, not home as in Cheras home, but home as in PV home :D

Anyway, too lazy to write on.
Let the picture speak.

BHP Orange Run.
The roommate and I :)

Celebrating mooncake festival at KFC!

The whole semester has been really really really really really extremely COLD!

 Will update more soon :D
