Something to write about.

I haven't been blogging for quite some time.
Due to lack of inspiration and bad time management I guess.
I took leave from BB already.
I'm kind of glad.
Disconnected from BB people. Yes, I kind of don't give a damn.
Anyway, going there once a week, I noticed a lot of changes in people.
I am indeed anti-social-ing to observe.
First, people don't talk to me. LOL, that's normal, so no changes for that :D
That's not the first.
The first thing I noticed is that the young don't really respect the elder.
The ones learning somehow likes to find ways to 'attack' the teachers.
They like to find their teacher's weaknesses.

Therefore, to become a person respected in BB is super hard.
Number one, you need to be a good quality package.
There's no number two because it is all included in number one.
You need to be strict, good in music, good in singing, good in education, good in arts, good in speaking, good in communicating, good in everything. The way you stand need to be right, or else people don't see you.
Oh yea, and you need to be active in 9th Mile Lutheran Church or else people won't know you.
So yea, that's one of the reason I feel like quitting.

Even one visit to BB can make me feel like an outsider.
Do I feel like going back there?
In my heart, I can say my answer is a real hard NO.
When I was in BB, I always felt that it is important for us, as a member to attract and bring those that left back.
But I guess now there's no more that kind of thinking.
I don't feel wanted there AT ALL.
I do not have any contribution to offer. This is because I do not have any talents and I'm not good in anything. So don't bother asking me to teach anything.
There are so many talented people there, they can do the job THEMSELVES.

Can you imagine?
I feel nicer and warmer being in college compared to BB which I've been going for more than 2 years!
I've only been in college for less than one year.

Nobody from BB will be reading this anyway, so I'm just wasting time, so lets just carry on with the next topic.

So yea, I'm indeed enjoying college life.
I enjoy studying a lot :D
Okay, talking about results.
My 2nd semester result was the same with my 1st sem so nothing to comment about.
Hope that I'll hit 4.0 this sem :D
Mondays are super long.
Leave the house at 6.30am and normally reach home at about 8pm if I'm taking the suckish public transport.
Other days are fine.
Been eating a lot in Canteen 1 recently.
The food there are nicer but more expensive.
HAHA!
Yes, canteen 1 and canteen 2 have different pricing!
Pretty glad that I finished my part of the assignment.
This coming Friday, 2 test and 1 presentation.
Pressure giler!

That's all I guess.
Going back to my anti-social life :D

When the night comes.

In a good mood currently.
Rearranged things in my room.
It kinda looks spacious now.
And I slept well yesterday night :)

Btw, college started.
Sigh.
A huge disappointment.
Anyway, this semester is all about studying and scoring.
So, I guess I will put social issues aside :)

Chinese New Year post.

Happy Chinese New Year!

I know this is kind of late but it is still Chinese New Year ^^
We have 15 days to celebrate it.
Anyway, after coming back from Penang on Monday, we went up to uncle's house.
Then we spent the next day at home resting.
On Wednesday, which was Chinese New Year's eve day, we went up to uncle's house in the morning for prayer to ancestors and a simple reunion dinner there.

Then came first day of CNY.
As usual, we went church in the morning for CNY mass ^^
My Cho Yat new clothes :)
ANG ANG bo hai lang! =x
This year, mass started off with LION DANCE!
And to our surprise, this year, the mass was in Mandarin!
Oppss!
& there were 4 priests!
Their Mandarin wasn't perfect, but understandable xD
We got ang pao and Mandarin oranges as usual ^^
After mass, we went back home, ate lunch and went to uncle's house again.
And there, I met some entertaining DUDES! LOL!
See below...
They are small,
They are cute,
But that's not all,
Cause they are BABY HAMSTERSSSS!!! :D
See how tiny they are?
So that night, we went out for dinner.
At one Malay Restaurant.
Because I have Muslim relatives.
We had so many people that they gave us 4 tables!
My relatives.
So that was my Cho Yat.

On Cho Yi, my relatives on dad's side came to my house ^^
Standing :from left ;cousin's husband (Joel gor gor), dad, mum, that fat guy in the TV gor, and dad's sister (gu gu).
Sitting, squarting down :from left ; cousin's daughter (Lee Ann), cousin (Pauline Jie Jie), cousin's son, (Lee Onn), ME, auntie (Ah Mm)
Mum fried mee hoon for all of us.
Enjoyed talking to each other.
I truly adore Lee Ann!
She has perfect attitude!
& she's only 11!
After they went back, we went to uncle's house again.
My job there basically is to eat, watch tv, watch hamster and sit.
Then there ends day 2 of CNY.

Then it was day 3!
It was the same routine again.
Wake up, get ready and off to uncle's house.
So I decided to practice a little bit of photography :)
Vintage, oldies, all included :D

On the forth day!
Morning as usual, went to uncle's house again!
And if you noticed, I've been going there for 6 days already!
In one week!
Haha!
I played a few times of mahjong, as a backup =x
So, again, watch tv and eat.
Then at night, we went over to my gu gu's house ^^
We had dinner there and gu gu prepared lucky draw for the kids.
The kids are my nieces and nephew.
But gor and I were also included in the lucky draw xD
We each got 2 mandarin oranges, 2 cans of 100 Plus and a packet of ang pao.
The amount in the ang pao is ranged from Rm10-RM20, if I'm not mistaken.
I got RM12 ^^
That night we da bao-ed a lot of food back home.
We had curry chicken, mix vegetables and fried prawn and wan tan.
Then gu gu gave 2 raw chickens =.=
And a lot more food.
I borrowed a few books from gu gu and she gave me 2 packets of seaweed and 1 packet of Japanese Rice Crackers! xD

Weekend ended, Monday came!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY!!!!!
I woke up early and gave mum her present :)
Glad she liked it ^^
That night we went G-Pot Steamboat at Yulek for dinner!
It is the cheapest place for steamboat.
Adult - RM22.80
Children - RM11.80
Senior Citizen - RM17.80
& free for birthday girl/boy
Overall, the food was okay.
They had fried chicken, fried wan tan, fried rice and mee hoon too.
The ice-cream was the best!
They have 4 types of soup.
So that ended the holiday celebration I guess ^^

Penang.

The other day I mentioned that my uncle from Penang just passed away right?
Last Saturday evening we went up to Penang to attend his funeral service.
We started our journey around 6pm and reached at about 10 something at night.
The parlour was on our way to Grandma's house, so we stopped there.
Oh ya, on the way there, I used 2 hours to read this novel.
It wasn't like what I expected ( yes, my evil mind).
Because the previous one I read about an unwanted girl was much worse.
Anyway, reached there and chat a little while, then we went for supper :)
Went to Pulau Tikus but then the shops were all closing so we decided to go somewhere nearer.
There was a cook there that was only 10 years old.
Yes, it is illegal but quite interesting! xD
Bro ate tom yam maggi =.=
I ate hokkien mee.
Mum and dad ate Kuay Kak. SUPERB!
So after that we went back home, washed our face and went in the house.
It felt so nice to be home =x
That time was already 1am, so we all went to bed.

The next day was the funeral service.
We went to the market in Tanjung Bungah ( Grandma's place) market.
Wanted to eat there but couldn't find parking.
So we da bao-ed back home :)
We da bao-ed a lot of food.
Hokkien Lam Mee, Kari Laksa and Chee Cheong Fan.
When you are in Penang, you must try their drink called Ba Po Peng. ONLY AVAILABLE IN PENANG!
After breakfast, we went to the parlour.
This dog, has been there since the starting of everything!
Then we chilled and talked.
Then cousin bro (Kelvyn) said he wanna go da bao lunch.
Dad tagged along.
Waited super long =.=
They came back with 10 packets of Mee Goreng Sotong and a few packets of Ba Po Peng!
The Mee Goreng Sotong had so much sotong in it!
It was like eating pure sotong only! xD
Oh yeah, aunt bought Ba Cang kuih for us too.
Then proceeded with the funeral service and went to the place to cremate the body.
After that, we found this!
Lots of cows!
After everything was done, we went to Mount Erskine to da bao lunch.
Saw this, pretty interesting!
One stall, 2 nyonya old ladies working together to make laksa ^^
We da bao-ed ice-kacang, nyonya laksa and passambo ^^
Then we slept for a while at home and at night we went to Pulau Tikus!
It was expanded to the opposite road!
Wanted to eat mee goreng and siam laksa, but both no more.
So I ate Kuey Teow Soup.
Also ate fried kuey teow and da bao-ed this!
Muar Chee~
After that, went to another shop to da bao Apom Balik manis and Kuey Kak =x
Try counting the number of food I ate =x
Anyway, that was all for the day.

The next day was the picking up of the bones and throwing of the ashes into the sea.
So we went to the cremation place to pick the bones and off to the sea.
The big boat had problem with the engine so most of us didn't get to go cause they took the smaller boat.
So we leftovers, sat there and chat.
Nahh~
I walked around, took photos and look at the beach :)
I saw a trail of ants!
In the picture can't see. Too bad~
The trail leads up to this tree!
Scenery! ^^ Enjoy~
So, that day I ate chee cheong fan for breakfast again :D
Then we went back.
On the way home, I continue reading the novel and managed to finish it.
Overall, I used 5 hours to finish it ^^
That's all I guess.

Better go back for reunion dinner you guys!
Or else, you might regret it.
Happy Chinese New Year!
