Mum bought it for me today.
I love it very very much!

After yesterday, I think I planted an idea that I am not a sports person anymore into my brain.
1. Running is not for me.
2. Movement & all, it's ridiculous.
3. Anti-social sometimes might seem like the best move ever.
4. Heart does not need to pump excess oxygen to body.
5. I like being alone.
6. Exercising does not make you any lighter.
7. Ball is my biggest enemy.
8. Thinking of others and making assumption are sometimes good.
9. Always practice saying "no".
10. I am not a sports person full-stop!

Gay.

I'm gay and emo at the same time.
Is that even possible?
I neglected everyone in order to let myself think straight and listen to my gayful song.
HAHA.
There's no such thing as gayful xD
I'm gay, I'm gay, I'm gay!
Trying to think positive.
After being rejected for the third time.
I'm a positive failure.
I shall think of the reasons I failed.
I failed convincing my parents to rare a dog =.=
I want a dog to protect my house when there's no one at home, since there's so many robbery cases around my housing area.
Sigh.
Plan failed!
Failed to the max.
Anyway, I am happy I finished my homework.
So tomorrow I can rest and just rest and not stress.

Argh, I'm really desperate to have a dog.
People keep offering but I keep rejecting.
Stupid!

Once upon a time!

As titled.
Once upon a time, in a college in Setapak called Tunku Abdul Rahman College, there was this girl that got bored and created a doodled-0-man. His name was Mr. Doodled-0-man. He wears a half white half black hat with stick hands and legs. He always smile sticking his two woody teeth out. No more imagination. Let's proceed to his profile picture in facebook.
He is a friendly doodle-0-man. He is waving to his fans =)
Blahh! All of the above are just pure craps and junks and rubbish and nothing beneficial =)
I doodled during IOM lecture with Chee Ming xD
It had been another busy week. Had Macroeconomics test yesterday.
Today Yang Fung and I went for blood donation =)

I AM FINALLY ELIGIBLE TO DONATE BLOOD!!!

So, the first test we had to go through was the weighing machine! =)
I ngam ngam 45kg!
FINALLY~!
Then it was blood test, I am blood group O =)
Then blood pressure.
This one fail =x
Of course I did not fail.
But the nurse ask me to go eat more food and drink one whole bottle of water then only return to her to check blood pressure cause I my weight is ngam ngam only @.@
So I ate Yang Fung's food =x
So then I passed also.
And we registered ourselves.
Then took the needles and blood bag.
Then proceed to the place we relaxed and keng gai-ed xD
Tadah! Haha, Foo Yang Fung was sitting beside me xD
It was so silly!
The nurse inserted the needle into my hand first, so he was looking at the process. I dare not look of course.
Then he suddenly say he scared after seeing mine! xD
Then when his turn, I was looking at his!
Omgosh, the skin poops up when the needle is inserted!
Gruesome!
After inserting, the nurse left us.
But after a while, the nurse came beside my chair and stood there for a very long time trying to adjust my needle.
She kept increasing the pressure, then lower it, then increase again. My hand was basically numb like no one's business.
Like wth =.=
I thought it was nothing, until another nurse comes and ask.
Another nurse : Kenapa kak?
The nurse beside me : Darah dia. Pelik sikit. Keluar sikit, pastu henti, keluar sikit pastu henti.
So the other nurse tries to put the plaster everywhere.
Then another nurse comes =.=
Here comes the scary part.
The other other nurse : Kenapa?
Another nurse : Another special case.
The other other nurse : Oh my God!
I went @.@?!
Another nurse : Darah dia, keluar sikit, pastu henti, masa henti ada vibrate. Pelik betul.

But after I-don't-know-how-long, the bag finally was full.
So the nurse cuts the tube and took blood for testing and remove the needle.
Then we rested there.
Waited for another person to come and take out the cotton and replace it with a plaster.
When he remove the cottoned plaster, it was super pain.
It was sticking to my skin and doesn't want to let go =x
After donating, we had free food and drinks.
Then went for lecture.
During lecture I was pretty exhausted and sleepy.
Don't know if it is because of the donation.
So during the 10 minutes break, I slept for 5 minutes and then celebrated course rep's birthday.
Then thanks to Yang, I got home early and get to take a nap.
Eventhough I napped for I think 2 hours, now I'm still pretty sleepy and tired.
Still don't know whether it is because of the donation =x
I took out the plaster and theres a hole on my hand! xD
Enjoy~

My hand is fat! MUSCULAR!
I am weird! SPECIAL! Miao!
I want a dog very badly =(
ITS practical class tomorrow =)
That's a wrap for today...

Sometimes you will never realize your mistake or weaknesses until someone points it out at you.

Done with FOA assignment.
Can you believe it that my group only got 6% in the safe assign?
It's like, AMAZING!
Others said that they got more than 30%.
That made us so scared to upload it.
But thank God ours is fine =)

Depression.

I'm basically going through a lot of ups and downs.

I feel joy and happiness when I'm in college. I don't rush for assignments in college or even feel frustrated when I'm in college.

Today I did my individual presentation.
Glad the lecturer liked it.
I do not want to elaborate about it cause I know I am the only one feeling happy about it and nobody gives a damn.
I love to be first.
I wanna be first.
I hope to be first.
I wanna be original.

Currently rushing for assignments, next week's homeworks.
Just to study for exam next week.
Yes, this is an idiot here, typing away in www.blogger.com not
realising that she is wasting her precious time blogging instead of getting those things done to spare time to study.
FOOL!

This semester, I find that I can't really absorb what I learn in college.
Most of the time, I feel tired and exhausted.
All I want to do is sleep in the lecture hall where there is aircond.
Sigh.
I'm so tired.
I'm tired of thinking.
I'm tired of trying to manage my time.
I'm tired of serving others.
I need time for myself.
Seriously.

I realise that I do not camwhore anymore.
It is because of maturity?
I do not look at myself in the mirror anymore.
Is it because of low self esteem?
I do not dress to impress anymore.
Is it because I am not happy with who I am?
I do not like myself anymore.
I feel like a directionless person.
Not knowing what I want and where I want to go.
I often say yes to anything.
I often say I don't know to any question.

I'm LOST.

Altitude & You Again!

The title says it all!
I won 2 pairs of tickets to watch Altitude (tomorrow at 1Utama) and You Again (this Friday at e@Curve!)
Gosh, I am so gay happy!
I can't believe I won for both competition.
Mum says it is not worth it because the venue is far.
Yea, can't deny that fact.
But I can't deny the fact that this is like the first 2 PUBLIC competition that I won!
I won Altitude by completing a less than 15 words slogan. That was kind of random.
Then, You Again was because of this
post. =)
It was another random post also.
But I was really satisfied about that post because of the experience.
It's like letting a cat out of the bag.
Relieve!
Anyway, will be going for Altitude screening tomorrow night.
I haven't complete my preparation of English individual presentation yet x_X
One word, DIE!

Anyway, I'm currently obsessed with this book!
It is a nice and easy to read book!
Going to finish it already =)
I borrowed it from my college library the other day.
It's amazing that my college library has so many novels that I just recently found out.
I'm gonna visit the library more often =x

Next week exam.
Gosh!

This coming week.

It's gonna be a crazy week!
Assigments have to be done, presentation week and also Altitude screening!

What a weird amount of money!
A few pictures to share.
Was taken during bookfest.
#1. Hall 2 cashiers and packers =)
#2. My lane cashiers and packers =)
Mel, me and Janice =)
Yesterday was Kl-Selangor BB founder's day! =)
Went to Methodist College at Tun Sambathan to celebrate.
Was on duty xD
LOL. First time directing people on the road x_X
Overall, it was okay.
Enjoyed the most during hall sessions xD
"Praise the Lord! *Chang chang chang!"

We were there for like almost 12 hours.
Omgosh, super tiring.
At night we went for Thai Steamboat.
At first there were like so little people we thought it wasn't famous.
Then people start appearing and it became noisy.
Everyone was so tired that we left before 10pm and went back home.

So, Sunday arrives.
Did nothing, other than online.
Till now, dinner time!
Byes!

Unexpected person.

Yea, I met an unexpected person today.
Karen Yap Huey Sim!
She still looks the same.
I thought my appearance changed a lot since the last time I saw her.
And now I have bangs. And yet, she still can recognize me xD
And now I'm chatting with her xD
Like we've been friends forever. OMGosh, weird!

Blog.

I'm so bored and lonely and sien and ji mo and bosan and sunyi.
I just wanna blog and blog and blog but my mind is blank.
I have lotsa things to do but I just let time pass by.
Today is a boring and lonely day.
I think next Friday I won't ever stay at home anymore.
Either go out with friends or stay in college.
Bored to death.
Yea, no one would understand cause my house is the only house that is always dark, lonely and quiet.
Even if the robbers come in, kidnap me, kill me, bring me to Midvalley and then send me home also no one will know.
Oh lalalala.
One day, I wanna go out myself.
Now I still don't have the guts to do that.
Cause I'm so bored of waiting for people to contact me or to do something with me.
Being alone just makes me end up feeling so down and miserable.
Blahh.
Usual rants...

Blahh~

Home alone again =)

3rd week of second semester in college.
Upcoming assignments to be completed :
English individual presentation next Thursday.
FOA assignment next next Tuesday.

Okay, funny thing that happened yesterday.
I told 2 people and they ended up laughing xD
It's hard for me to make people laugh okay, I'm a sort of a serious person. (some people even calls me sombong T.T)
Yesterday I went to the park for a jog.
I forgot why but I ran to the pave on my right on purpose.
In front was a family consist of a lady, a man and a child.
When I was about to hit the pavement, I have no clue whether it was the man or the lady that screamed.
It was embarrassing!
I scared them =.=
They thought I was about to run into the pavement and kill myself =x
But eventhough I was malu-fied, I ran off laughing like a silly monkey!
The second thing is I made my baby screamed =x
When we were about to leave the park, I didn't want to, so I sat in the car and leave the car door open and put my left leg outside.
Then he said, "You want me to drive with your leg outside?"
Then I say, "No larh!"
So I act like I wanted to close the door.
So I close the door with my legs outside.
He suddenly shout, "IAAAAAAHhhhhh!"
LOL!
I scared him =x
It's funny how people see me and scream =.=
It hasn't happen since like last year.
I remember Teck Kien screams a lot at school =.=
Cause I do a lot of "stuffs" on purpose xD
After screaming, he will give me that =.=" face xD
That's what happened yesterday!

College had been really hectic this week.
Although it's only the 3rd week.
I love like my DONALD DUCK ME lecturer!
He is bald but cute! xD
He makes lotsa jokes during lecture and he's a little bit like me.
We say things halfway and then we forget and says NEVERMIND lahhh!
And, my IOM lecturer is scary! =x
That day we saw him after some tutorial class.
My friend said, "Ta bu hui ren si wo men de larh." (He won't recognise us.)
Then he ran across us and say, "Sui jiang bu ren si ni men?!" (Who says I don't recognise you all?!)
LOL!
Amazing how he can recognise us!
My lecture contains 300+ students!
And he even bulged his eyes out xD
He's 24!!
College life is fun! =P

Oh yea, co-curriculum started this week =)
I'm in swimming club.
Kind of relaxing.

So it was another amazing date yesterday!
There were 2 incidents that happened.

The bad.
I believe everyone read the newspaper and knows about it.
Accident at the highway from Malacca to Kuala Lumpur which involved 2 buses, 2 cars and a van.
12 people died and 40 was injured.

The good news was that Chee Ming, Chin Eng, Mel and I went for hoOha 101010 run!
=)
It was a short run.
5.5km.
Got lots of vouchers.
And we had lots of fun too.
Ate McD after that =x
Had coffee that made he hyper and couldn't fall a sleep eventhough I was tired.

This week is gonna be another busy week.
Getting ready for presentation and also finishing assignment.
Never ending homeworks are piling up.

You Again?

I would be very glad and happy to blog about this person that I hate and would not want to see, meet or even bumped into her, ever in my entire life! And if I believe in a next life, I would not want to see her too!

First of all, I will introduce her to all my readers. I will name her as H.O.A.B. This name has been in my blog a couple of time if my readers have been following my blog. She left a memory, not a good one of course. A dark, black, revengefull and unexplainable memory. She's an old middle-aged lady. I will not reveal her race. But I can say that she has dark skin, gosh, do the maths and figure it out. No offence to dark people.

Here's the story.
I was in Form 4 that time. Being as active as I can in school's co-curriculum as usual. Being in Red Crescent Society was all I wanted because I loved Biology and helping people. It was end of the year and as usual, we were suppose to hold a ceremony where younger students like my age gets promoted and hold the responsibility of organising the Red Crescent Society in my school. I attended every single meeting that was held and stayed loyal like usual. But when the day of the ceremony was coming nearer, and everyone was in the hall decorating and preparing, H.O.A.B suddenly called me to the hall. She had a so called private talk with me in front of the members. She's a teacher by the way. She told this to me, "Felicia, I can't see you being loyal to this society, it's like you never helped or cared to ask for something to do." I answered, "Teacher, I have been typing the invitation cards, the decoration and so much more, now you're telling me I'm not doing anything? I attended all the meetings that were held and you can't see my loyalty?" I just couldn't believe my ears! And she said, "Yes, I cant see anything that you're offering."
Tell me, is she blind or what?
I was suppose to hold the vise chairman position and I got a shock of my life when she told me, "And because I don't see you being involved in this society, I'm going to demote you from being vice chairman to head of discipline." Tears started rolling down from my eyes. All the effort I poured and time I sacrificed was wasted. Being a vice chairman is being a sergeant and being the head of discipline is just being a lance corporal. H.O.A.B just walked away and I sat down crying. A while later, she came to me and said, "If you wanna cry, please leave the hall, I don't want people crying in this hall making everybody look gloomy."
Like what the heck?!
I left the room and went back straight to my classroom.
I cried in the class and my classmates asked me what happened.
I told them and they told me to stand up for myself. At first I resisted, but they insisted that I go ahead and talk face to face with H.O.A.B and asked me not to worry because they will be there to support me. So I gave myself all the confident and went back to the hall together with my friends.
And guess what? Before I even reached her, she shouted, "Now what do you want now? You think bringing in your friends, you will get back your position?! I'm giving it to a boy that is in Form 2. You think you're very big now is it? Bringing your St. John friends?"
All I wanted was to explain what I did and contributed and she wouldn't listen.
From that moment on, I hated her.
I went home weeping.

But some of my friends told me to prove her wrong. In Form 5, she asked me to plan a camp for the whole society. And to prove my ability, with no power, I planned a camp. With my supportive friends. The camp went well. I did not go for the camp because I didn't want to see her face.
At the end of the year, the same ceremony was held again for the younger students. And I got an award establishing that I was one of the best committee member.
She told my friend, who was the chairman of the society that she made the wrong choice of choosing a boy that lacked of experience and wasn't really loyal to hold that position.
Until now I still hate her. No matter how many apologies from her, I will not forgive her.
I will never ever want to meet her, see her, or even bump into her ever again.
Hell's over, no more devils in my life.

Gosh, that's a relieve.

Anyway, there's a new movie that will be released soon. It's a comedy. Check it out! And nuffnang-ers, check out nuffnang, they will be giving out 60 free passes to watch the preview!
All you have to do is do what I did, which is blog about a person whom you didn't really like in the past. Put your title as You Again? and post a comment on nuffnang.

'poster'

There you go~
*Crosses fingers and hope I get it =x

College update!

My class rep thinks I'm a guy!

How cool is that? HAHA!

It happens...
Sky : Po da!
Me : I'm a girl, you're suppose to say po di!
Sky : You're a girl? I'm not sure about that!

I'm not feeling well now.
Keep having stomach ache. Sigh.
I wonder when I'll get better.
Sleepless nights awaits me.

The sleep cycle.

The Sleep Cycle

One sleep cycle comprises of four stages and lasts for about 90-120 minutes. Note that some books list five stages in the sleep cycle. These books consider the first five to ten minutes when you are falling asleep as a stage in the sleep cycle. We think this is more of a transitional phase and not really part of the cycle, especially since this stage of sleep does not repeat itself, while the other four stages do repeat themselves throughout the night. For this reason, we have excluded as part of the cycle.

Dreams can occur in any of the four stages of sleep, but the most vivid and memorable dreams occur in the last stage of sleep (also commonly referred to as REM sleep). The sleep cycle repeats itself about an average of four to five times per night, but may repeat as many as seven times. Thus, you can see how a person has several different dreams in one night. However, most people only remember dreams that occur closer toward the morning when they are about to wake up. But just because you can't remember those dreams do not mean that they never happened. Some people believe that they simply do not dream, when in reality, they just don't remember their dreams.

The Stages Of Sleep

The stages in the sleep cycle are organized by the changes in specific brain activity.

Stage 1: You are entering into light sleep. This stage is characterized by Non-rapid eye movements (NREM), muscle relaxation, lowered body temperature and slowed heart rate. The body is preparing to enter into deep sleep.

Stage 2: Also characterized by NREM, this stage is characterized by a further drop in body temperature and relaxation of the muscles. The body's immune system goes to work on repairing the day's damage. The endocrine glands secrete growth hormones, while blood is sent to the muscles to be reconditioned. In this stage, you are completely asleep.

Stage 3: Still in the NREM stage, this is an even deeper sleep. Your metabolic levels are extremely slow.

Stage 4: In this stage of sleep, your eyes move back and forth erratically as if watching something from underneath your eyelids. Referred to as REM sleep or delta sleep, this stage occurs at about 90-100 minutes after the onset of sleep. Your blood pressure rises, heart rate speeds up, respiration becomes erratic and brain activity increases. Your involuntary muscles also become paralyzed or immobilized. This stage is the most restorative part of sleep. Your mind is being revitalized and emotions is being fine tuned. The majority of your dreaming occurs in this stage. If you are awakened during this stage of sleep, you are more likely to remember your dreams.

These stages repeat themselves throughout the night as you sleep. As the cycle repeats, you will spend less time in stages 1 to 3 and more time dreaming in stage 4. In other words, it will be quicker and quicker for you to get to stage 4 each time the cycle repeats.

Dreams.

Sharing a bit about dreams.
Fact, specifically.

1. One-third of your life is spent sleeping.

2. In an average lifetime, you would have spent a total of about six years of it dreaming. That is more than 2,100 days spent in a different realm!

3. Dreams have been here as long as mankind. Back in the Roman Era, profound and significant dreams were submitted to the Senate for analysis and interpretation.

4. Everybody dreams. EVERYBODY! Simply because you do not remember your dream does not mean that you do not dream. In fact, you have several dreams during a normal night of sleep.

5. Dreams are indispensable. A lack of dream activity may imply some protein deficiency or a personality disorder.

6. On average, you can dream anywhere from one to two hours every night. Moreover, you can have four to seven dreams in one night.

7. Blind people do dream. Whether visual images appear in their dreams depend on whether they were blind at birth or became blind later in life. But vision is not the only sense that constitutes a dream. Sound, tactility, and smell become hypersensitive for the blind and their dreams are based on these senses.

8. Five minutes after the end of the dream, half the content is forgotten. After ten minutes, 90% is lost.

9. The word dream stems from the Middle English word, dreme which means "joy" and "music".

10. Men tend to dream more about other men, while women dream equally about men and women.

11. Studies have shown that your brain waves are more active when you are dreaming than when we are awake.

12. Dreamers who are awakened right after REM sleep, are able to recall their dreams more vividly than those who slept through the night until morning.

13. Physiologically speaking, researchers found that during dreaming REM sleep, males experience erections and females experience increased vaginal blood flow, regardless the content of the dream. In fact, "wet dreams" may not necessarily coincide with overtly sexual dream content.

14. People who are in the process of giving up smoking tend to have longer and more intense dreams.

15. Toddlers do not dream about themselves. They do not appear in their own dreams until the age of 3 or 4.

16. If you are snoring, then you cannot be dreaming.

17. Nightmares are common in children, typically beginning at around age 3 and occurring up to age 7-8.

18. In a poll, 67% of Americans have experienced Deja Vu in their dreams, occurring more often in females than males.

19. Around 3% of adults suffer from sleep apnea. This treatable condition leads to unexplained tiredness and inefficiency.

20. According to a research study, the most common setting for dreams is your own house.

21. It is very normal for males to experience an erection during the REM stage of sleep, even when they are not dreaming anything of a sexual nature.

22. The original meaning of the word "nightmare" was a female spirit who besets people at night while they sleep.

Mountains of assignments and homeworks.

Tomorrow's the due date for G18 to pass up our English individual presentation topic.
I have no freaking idea what am I going to talk about.
Every night, before I fall asleep, as soon as I lay my head on the pillow, I start thinking.
But the bad thing is that I've never made up my mind.
I want to talk about my schooling life, my experience, human characteristic, etc.
EVERYTHING SINGLE THING IN LIFE I wanna talk about.
How is that even possible?
Time limit is only 8-10 minutes and I need only ONE topic because I need to do the outline too.
I really don't know what I'm going to talk about =(
I'm a LAZY BUM.
I haven't do any of my homework =.=
Okay, I finished IOM.
But, that's the only one that I actually managed to finish in one night.
Others are either halfway done, one quarter done or untouched.

Like I always say, I wish there would be 25 hours in a day.
But then, when I think again, what's the use of another hour?
All I will do is waste that extra hour =)
Ohh, I'm hopeless x_X

Oh yea, movies I wanna watch.
1. The Alpha & Omega.
2. Devil (Although I already know roughly what's the movie about)
3. Altitudeeeeee! (I hope I win tickets to the movie from nuffnang. Please let me win!!)
4. Frozen! (Yes, I know it's an old movie, but I haven't got the chance to watch it!!)

2nd week of 2nd semester is starting.
Here comes all the troubles, stress, depresses moments and all the negative scenes =)
Put on your safety belts and take a deep breathe because whatever the process is, the outcome will be amazing!
YES!
For once, I'm being positive!
All ace, here I COME!

Nuffnang.

Dear Nuffnangers,

We take a break from our regular programming to bring you a community service message about something that is rather worrying to us lately.

As you might already know, there are 2 types of Nuffnang campaigns that bloggers may earn from: Metered Cost per Impression (mCPM) Campaigns, which pay according to the number of blog visitors who view the ads running on blogs; and Cost-Per-Click (CPC) campaigns, which pay bloggers based on the number of clicks generated on the ads.

We've noticed that certain groups have been engaging click fraud, which is defined as clicking on CPC advertisements intentionally just to generate earnings for a blog's owner. We understand that some of you may just be anxious about earning some side income from displaying the banner ads, but do note that this is in fact a violation of our Terms & Conditions under Section 6.

Among some of the actions which constitute click fraud are;
- clicking on other bloggers' ads and leaving a comment behind asking/hinting to the owner to click on their ads back
- asking for blog visitors' help to click on the ads
- registering a large number of blogs and clicking on ads on each of them
- repeatedly switching to a different IP to click on own ads

Banner ads spaces are bought by advertisers to promote their advertising campaign. Ads are are only supposed to be clicked on if the viewer is interested to find out more about the advertising campaign, not for the intention of earning extra money. Merely clicking on banner ads for the intention of earning extra money would jeopardize the effectiveness of a campaign. It may seem harmless, but click fraud benefits no one in the long run because should this situation worsen, the frequency of ad campaigns might be significantly reduced as advertisers will be selective to only advertise on blogs with no records of click fraud, reducing the number of ad space available to advertisers.

Our system is capable of tracking these actions mentioned above, which are documented and if necessary, be used as evidence for any legal purposes. In the past, Nuffnang has suspended and banned various individuals and groups for involved with this offence. However, as the number of bloggers who engage in click fraud has been growing in an alarming rate within our community, we are forced to be more vigilant to bring this to an end. We would take the necessary action to preserve the quality of blogs and ad space available to advertisers so other members of the community are not affected by those who engage in click fraud.

We realize that many Nuffnangers may not be aware that they might unintentionally be involved with click fraud, therefore we ask that you please help us spread the word. If you are aware of any of your friends or other Nuffnangers who have been engaging in such acts, we would appreciate it if you could kindly educate them on the harms of engaging in click fraud activities.
Thank you for your attention.

Say NO to click Fraud.

Cheers
